This place is really good. Food is very good in taste and proportion justified. Ambience is also good. Right on char phata Karjat so its accessible. Roti is very big in size so may be 1 is sufficient. Fee car parkings available in front. Recommended.

Very nice & tasty food, we loved the akkha masoor, the quality is good, the quantity is enough for 1 person- the size of roti is exceptionally large but goes well with masoor, loved the Bhakri as well, they serve very garam garam bhakari straight from kitchen which takes meals on another level

We had a truly delightful experience at Gharandaz Misaaj in Karjat. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Akkha Masoor and Bhakari, which perfectly captured the authentic Maharashtrian taste. Every bite reflected the richness of traditional flavors, making it one of the best local meals we’ve had in a while. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, simple yet filled with a rustic charm that beautifully complements the theme inspired by the legendary actor Nilu Phule’s “वाडा” style. It genuinely gives that homely and cultural village vibe that adds to the dining experience. The service was quite good overall, though the staff member seemed a bit confused with our order initially, the food was still served on time and piping hot, which made up for it. There’s ample parking space, and it’s free of cost, which is a great plus. When we arrived, there was no waiting, but the place did start to get crowded later, a clear sign of its popularity. The washrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a big positive during road trips or weekend getaways. Overall, Gharandaz Misaaj offers a perfect blend of great taste, good service, reasonable pricing, and authentic vibes. Truly value for money, and we left with complete satisfaction and happy hearts. Highly recommended for anyone passing through or visiting Karjat!

Perfect value for money restaurant. Although their menu is limited but it's superb. I would highly recommend their bitter roti. If you want to have a maharashtra dining experience, then this is the perfect place for you. You would be shocked to see the bill. I had 1 butter roti 1 panner masala 1 masala papad 1 water bottle =300 INR

Authentic place for Marathi pure veg food. Masur daal sabji is very tasty. Butter roti size is surprising and very satisfying. Ambience is authentic village home style with open area in between and decoration is fitting. Most amazing fact about this place is value for money. It's very nominal and delicious, a rare combination this days.

I visited this place for the first time and ate Akha Masoor which is their specialty for the first time too, it was yummy and that is the reason I started making it at home as well after tasting it here, it was that good. Staff is very polite and their service is great, they suggested we have pithal bhakari next time when we go there, it would be the best experience with 3 different bhakaris, looking forward to it.
